Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain water from the tofu using paper towels by slicing it up in 5 or 10 rectangles and letting it rest on a few sheets of paper towels for at LEAST 15 min. (the longer you do this step, the smoother the pie-I do mine for about an hour or two).
  2. Add first four ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. Move to a bowl and fold in the whipped topping. Put all ingredients into a graham crust and chill for an hour. Enjoy
