Ingredients:

  • use vanilla crust-see crust page.
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 oz grape extract (bickford flavors)
  • 2 tea. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • red & blue food coloring

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450^.
  2. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add extracts and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Add food coloring to get desired color.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 450^ for 15 minutes.
  8. Reduce tep. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour.
  9. Let cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
