Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of members mark columbian instant coffee
  • 3 tbsp of sugar in 15 oz coffee cup or 2 tsp if its a 12 oz cup according to taste.
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract for 15 oz cup or 1/4 tsp for a 12 oz cup
  • 1 heaping tbsp of cool whip

Directions:

  1. Mix all powder ingredients with the 1/2 cup of hot water until everything is well blended and very little clumps and granuals present then add the 1/4 cup of half and half and the 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract on regular basis i prefer the 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract to give the flavor a smoother taste , the only reason i didn't put cinnamon in the ingredients is because its already in the pumpkin pie spice, unless you want it to have a stronger kick then add 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to it, then mix it in once all powders are mixed well with the water add the half and half and the vanilla and stir until everything is well blended serve it hot or warm with a bit of cool whip on top and a light sprinkle of sugar and pumpkin spice an when i say light i mean enough where its visible but not over loading an covering the cool whip and killing the flavor I've done that at least 2 times before getting the sprinkle just right...
