Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice plums and divide between 4 dessert dishes or small bowls.
  2. Put egg yolks, sugar, vanilla extract and orange juice in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Whisk vigorously (or use an electric mixer) until mixute leaves a 'trail' when dragging whisk through it.
  3. Spoon the sabayon (egg and sugar mixture) over the plums and serve.
