Ingredients:

  • 1- 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup pina colada non-alcholic drink mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine cream cheese, pina colada mix, sour cream and blend until smooth.
  2. Remove from blender to mixing bowl and fold in pineapple chunks, and maraschino cherry halves.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour
  4. Serve with other fresh fruit spears or chunks or dried fruit and nuts.
