Ingredients:

  • 9 1/2 tsp cocoa powder (1 tbsp + 2 tsp)
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 3 tbsp skim milk
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. For the frosting:
  2. /2 tbs butter, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1 tbs milk, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, and 4.5 teaspoons cocoa powder
  3. Microwave the butter until soft. add the rest of ingredients
  4. For the cake: combine 1tbs + 2 tsp cocoa powder, 3 tbs flour, salt, 1tbs +1 tsp sugar, and 1/4 tsp baking powder. Add 2 tbs milk, 1 tbs vegeable oil, and 1/4 tsp vanilla. microwave for 30-40 seconds.
