Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt (even if the butter is already ed)

Directions:

  1. Cut up butter into tiny cubs and stick them in the freezer for a few minutes
  2. Mix or cuisine art them with the flour, salt, and sugar, untill combined but not smooth (butter should be the size of peas)
  3. Slowly add tiny bits of ice water till dough comes together
  4. Put on flat surface, divide into two, stick in the fridge
  5. Roll out, add more water if needed, dust with flower, and place in pie pan and bake
  6. Expirement with adding allitle bit of baking soda/vinegar to the mixture in order to puff up the pastry a little.
