Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. The best way to make pie crust is by using a food processor. Put all ingredients into processer except water and pulse a few time or until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs with some pea sized pieces.
  2. Sprinkle the water evenly around the flour and pulse a few more times just until the dough begins to form, adding more water 1 tsp at a time if necessary.
  3. Divide dough in half; shape into a flat round. Cover and chill for 20 to 30 mins.
