Ingredients:

  • 1 tlb. grated lemon zest
  • 3/4 cup. sugar
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. In a 2 qt. saucepan, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, eggs and butter.
  2. Cook over med-high heat until thick enough to hold whisk marks, and first bubble appears on the surface, about 6 mins.
