Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour and powdered
  2. Sugar. Cut in 3/4 cup softened butter
  3. Using a pastry blender or fork just until
  4. Mixture resembles coarse meal. Pat
  5. Mixture on bottom and 11/2 inches up
  6. Sides of a lightly greased 13- x g-inch
  7. Baking dish.
  8. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
  9. Or until edges are lightly browned.
  10. Cool 45 minutes.
  11. Bring brown sugar, honey, 2/3 cup
  12. Butter, and 3 Tbsp. whipping cream
  13. To a boil in a saucepan over mediumhigh
  14. Heat. Stir in pecans, and pour hot
  15. Filling into prepared crust.
  16. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or
  17. Until golden and bubbly. Cool
  18. Completely (about 1 hour). Cut into
  19. -inch squares.
