Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
  2. Combine pear mixture, sugar, cornstarch, and water in a medium saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat; cool.
  5. Yield: 2 2/3 cups.
