Peanut Butter Bars - Low (Er) Carb

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter (you could use crunchy too!)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar substitute
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 9 x 9 pan.
  3. Combine all into a mixing bowl and stir well.
  4. Press mixture into the 9 x 9 pan and bake for 14 minutes.
  5. Let cool for 15 minutes and cut into 16 bars.
