Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup jelly or 1/2 cup jam , of your choice

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar. Blend in the eggs, milk and baking soda. Add flour. Roll into golf- ball sized balls, then place a dent in the ball with you finger. Spoon a little jelly or jam inside and close carefully, covering completely.
  3. Bake 15-18 minutes, or until browned at the edges, Remove from cookie sheets and let cool. Enjoy!
