Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pulse first 4 ingredients in a food processor until blended.
  2. Shape dough into 2 (4-inch) logs. Wrap in plastic wrap, and place in an airtight container. Chill 8 hours. (Freeze up to 3 weeks, if desired; thaw in refrigerator overnight.)
  3. Cut dough into 1/4-inch-thick slices, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with milk.
  4. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Note: Baked cheese bites can be frozen up to 3 weeks. Thaw at room temperature 2 hours before serving.
