Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 3 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until well mixed.
  3. You may need to adjust the amount of ice in this. The more you add the thicker it is.
  4. Some may like more or less honey also.
