Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp orange rind
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
