Orange Coconut Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, sugar and zest together; add eggs.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased sheet.
  4. Bake 400° for 8-10 minutes.
