Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except garnish in a slow cooker.
  2. Heat, covered, on HIGH for 1 hour or until hot.
  3. Reduce heat to low and keep warm until ready to serve.
  4. Remove orange peel before serving.
  5. Garnish each serving with an orange slice and cinnamon stick.
