Olive Ricotta Torte with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F degrees.
  2. Combine cheeses, eggs and olives.
  3. Coat an 8 round cake pan with oil and sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs.
  4. Sread cheese mixtue evenly in pan.
  5. Bake 75 minutes.
  6. Cool to room temperature.
  7. Sauce: Combine tomatoes, oil, vinegar and capers.
  8. To serve, invert torte onto plate and cut into wedges, top with sauce.
