Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp bobadillojen, anisette, or other anise-flavored liqueur
  • 3 dashes bitters

Directions:

  1. Combine Bobadillojen and bitters, and shake thoroughly with ice. Strain into a chilled glass to serve.
  2. Note: Anisette is often substituted for Bobadillojen, an imported Spanish cordial which is not marketed nationwide.
