Ingredients:

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter ( cut up in smaller pieces for easier melting)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 3 - 4 heaping tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cup quick oats

Directions:

  1. In the good size pan add the sugar, milk, margarine and cocoa.
  2. Stir until completely mixed together.
  3. Continue to stir until mixture comes to a complete full boil.
  4. Allow to boil for one minute.
  5. Remove from heat stir in vanilla.
  6. Add peanut butter stir, add in

  8. Stir until all mixed together, do this quickly and drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper,
  9. Let sit until cool will firm up.
  10. Get a nice glass of milk, grab some cookies, sit back and enjoy! A very nutritious snack, peanut butter has protein, oats has fiber, butter is your dairy, cocoa - chocolate good for your mood , see nutritious and delicious!
