No-Bake Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 3/8-3/4 cup melted margarine
  • 3 tsp cocoa
  • 1 -2 tsp peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Boil Sugar, Milk, Cocoa, Margarine and Peanut Butter for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in Vanilla and Oats.
  3. Drop by spoonfull onto waxed paper, that is covering a cookie sheet.
  4. Place in fridge till set up.
