No Bake Chocolate Drops

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 3 cups oats

Directions:

  1. Combine butter, milk and sugar and boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Turn off burner and add vanilla and cocoa.
  3. Whisk quickly until smooth.
  4. Stir in coconut and oats.
  5. Using a tablespoon, drop onto waxed paper.
  6. Add a cherry immediately after.
  7. Let cool.
