Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • fresh dill , to taste (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine carrots through horseradish with 2 Tbs water and place in a tightly covered baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350°F 11/2 hrs or until carrots are tender.
  3. Stir gently and sprinkle with dill just before serving.
