Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat some vegetable oil in a frypan. Saute onion for a couple of minutes, add garlic, stir in tomato paste. Add a bottle of 'Old El Paso' simmer sauce and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
  2. Arrange corn chips around the edge of a 2 large plates. Put bean sauce in the middle of each plate and cover with grated cheese.
  3. Put plate under the griller until cheese melts, garnish with choppd spring onions. Serve with sour cream and sweet chili sauce.
