Ingredients:

  • 5 oz copha
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 1/2 cups rice bubbles

Directions:

  1. Mix rice bubbles, icing sugar, powdered milk, coffee and cocoa together.
  2. Melt copha and pour into the rice bubble mixture and mix.
  3. Press into a greased swiss roll tin and set aside to set.
  4. Cut into slices before it sets too hard.
  5. Dust with extra icing sugar.
