Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
  • 22 1/2 oz sugar
  • 2 pinches saffron

Directions:

  1. Fold and mix together, in a glass container. Microvave till light brown, and keep mixing every minute. After it gets some color stop mixing and microvave it until it sets.
