Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. MICROWAVE BBQ CHICKEN
  2. Garlic Infused Canola Oil (or olive oil and a couple of cloves of garlic pressed in)
  3. Or 4 chicken breasts.
  4. Pampered Chef Smoky Barbecue Rub
  5. Rub oil on to chicken and then rub thoroughly with Barbeque Rub.
  6. Place in Deep Covered Baker in microwave for 11 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, make barbecue sauce** (from the Use and Care Leaflet) see below.
  8. While sauce is cooking,
  9. Slice 2-3 onions on Ultimate Mandoline and saut in one of our pans with a little olive oil.
  10. When chicken breasts are cooked, take out of deep covered baker and place on cutting board and fork
  11. Pull them apart OR cut up with the Salad Choppers right in the Baker. Place into batter bowl and add
  12. Barbecue sauce (about - 2/3 of recipe).
  13. Serve with small buns. (you can use Simple Additions pieces to place chicken, extra barbecue sauce
  14. And onion.
  15. Sauce:
  16. Cup ketchup
  17. Cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  18. Tablespoons Smoky Barbecue Rub
  19. Teaspoons vinegar
  20. Combine ingredients in (2-qt.) Saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Reserve
  21. Half of the sauce for serving. Brush remaining sauce over foods before baking or broiling.
