Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Grease a 9 or 10-inch glass pie plate. Beat the eggs with the cream and
  2. Seasonings. Put the cheese in the bottom of the pie plate; sprinkle
  3. Chiles evenly over the cheese. Slowly pour the egg mixture evenly over
  4. The cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until knife inserted
  6. In the center comes out clean. Makes 6 servings (3 carbs each)
