Ingredients:

  • 1 oz amaro liqueur, averna is the recommendation
  • splash soda water

Directions:

  1. Shake the orange liqueur, amaro, lime juice, orange juice, simple syrup and soda with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain over ice into a highball glass.
