Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Mix well and add meat to marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove chops from marinade and charcoal grill until done, turning and basting occasionally.
