Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process 30 seconds. Add vinegar and lemon juice; process 30 seconds. Cover and chill until ready to use.
