  • 1 Grease 13x9 casserole dish
  • 2 In food processor, COARSELY chop the croissants
  • 3 Distribute the coarse crumbs evenly in dish
  • 4 In processor again, combine cream cheese, butter and the 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 5 Dollop 8 spoonfuls evenly spaced in the casserole dish
  • 6 In large bowl, beat together the eggs, half and half and the remaining 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 7 Pour over the ingredients in the dish
  • 8 Sprinkle with the cinnamon
  • 9 Cover and refrigerate 8-10 hours
  • 10 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 11 Bake uncovered, 45-50 minutes until set, puffed, and golden
