LOW CARB Key Lime Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For Crust: Mix grounds nuts and 3 tbls.
  2. Splenda, add melted butter.
  3. Press on bottom of a pie plate.
  4. Let chill in refrigerator.
  5. MAke Filling: Mix water w/lime gelatin.
  6. Set in refrigerator to PARTIALLY set up.
  7. In a bowl, whip heavy cream (set aside).
  8. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, key lime juice and 1 cup Splenda until smooth.
  9. Very lightly mix in partially set lime gelatin.
  10. Fold in whipping cream.
  11. Pour into pie shell.
  12. Chill 2-3 hours.
