Ingredients:

  • a little fresh garlic if you like
  • white pepper (so kids don'tsp automatically say no w/out trying)
  • optional garnish
  • diced tomato or slices of cherry or grape tomatoes
  • (my kids really go for it when they get to pinch some herbs from the garden and dress up their dish themselves)

Directions:

  1. Cook your lima beans according to package
  2. Meanwhile, sautee onions, green bell peppers, marjoram, white pepper in butter over high heat. near end of sautee add garlic if you like it.
  3. Salt it up.
  4. Serve with small dishes of garnishes to choose from!
