Ingredients:

  • 2 pints of vanilla ice cream
  • 36 oz lemon soda

Directions:

  1. Divide 2 pints of vanilla ice cream into 6 to 8 serving glasses. Pour lemon soda (such as San Pellegrino Limonata or Newman’s Own Sparkling Lemonade) over it to fill each glass, using about 36 ounces. Wait a few minutes, until the lemon soda freezes, to create a slushy coating around the ice cream.
