Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Directions:

  1. 1st layer:.
  2. Mix flour, butter and brown sugar.
  3. Press into a 13x9x2 pan.
  4. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. 2nd layer:.
  6. Mix eggs, brown sugar, salt, walnuts, coconut, lemon juice and lemon zest.
  7. Pour over 1st layer.
  8. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  9. Do not cut into bars until cool.
