Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups ground flax seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tbsp brewer's yeast

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, oil and sugar.
  2. Mix in eggs and vanilla, add flaxseed.
  3. Stir in flour, brewers yeast and oats.
  4. Add choc chips.
  5. If mixture is too dry add a little more olive oil.
  6. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
