Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat the apples with the cinnamon and place in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high heat for about 2-3 minutes, or until softened like a fried or baked apple.
  2. Mix together the Mascarpone cheese and Marshmallow Fluff.
  3. In a kid bowl, mix the apple with the apple sauce. Top with the cereal and sweet Mascarpone/Marshmallow mixture.
  4. You can substitute the Mascarpone/Marshmallow mixture with some cool whip, cream cheese, ice cream, yogurt, or even just a drizzle of milk. I like the sweet topping as a treat, since the dish really is pretty healthy.
  5. You can serve this to your kids as a desert or even just a snack after school to quench a sweet tooth.
  6. Enjoy!
