  1. Preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese, whipping cream, sugar, lime peel, lime juice, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, mix until blended. Pour mixture evenly into pie crust. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool and refrigerate 4 hours, top with whip cream. Enjoy!
