  1. Cranberry Meatballs:
  2. You can either use frozen meatballs and add the sauce, or make your own:
  3. Sauce:
  4. - 16 oz can cranberry sauce
  5. - 12 oz chili sauce
  6. /3 c. ketchup
  7. T brown sugar
  8. T lemon juice
  9. Mix all in sauce pan until bubbly.
  10. Meatballs:
  11. Lbs. ground beef
  12. Eggs
  13. T soy sauce
  14. T dried minced onions
  15. /3 c. dried parsley flakes
  16. /2 tsp. garlic powder
  17. C. cornflake crumbs
  18. Tsp salt
  19. /4 tsp pepper
  20. Preheat oven to 350. roll into balls. Place on broiler pan and bake for 20 min. Stir sauce around meatballs.
