Ingredients:

  • 4 drops of jasmine essential oils
  • water , as required

Directions:

  1. Combine sparkling water and jasmine oil in a bowl.
  2. Step under your shower, feel relaxed as the cool water flows down your body.
  3. Breathe consciously and rhythmically.
  4. Wash as normal.
  5. After you've finished washing, sponge the sparkling water and jasmine oil over your body, starting at your neck and working your way down to your feet.
  6. Rinse with a blast of cold water to increase your energy and circulation and to close your pores.
  7. Gently pat dry with a fluffy terry-cloth towel.
