Ingredients:

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Layer 1:.
  2. Blend as for a pie.
  3. Pat into 9x13 pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Layer 2:.
  6. Beat 4 eggs gradually adding the 2 cups of sugar.
  7. Add lemon juice, and salt.
  8. Blend well.
  9. Fold in flour.
  10. Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  11. When completely cooled, sprinkle with powedered sugar.
  12. Slice and serve.
