Iced Mint Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 1 oz squares chocolate
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint flavoring or 4-5 sprigs fresh mint

Directions:

  1. Cut chocolate into small pieces and place in blender; add sugar and hot water and blend about 1 minute, or stir over low heat until dissolved. Add other ingredients; place hand on cover of blender and blend another minute. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
