Honey -Ginger Steak Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Place steak in plastic ziploc bag or non-reactive dish (glass or plastic).
  3. Pour marinade over steak.
  4. Marinate in the fridge 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Grill or Broil steak as usual.
