Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix crushed tomatoes, paste, onion, garlic and brown sugar in saucepan over medium heat until about to boil and brown sugar dissolves well.
  2. Then, add red wine, herbs and spices and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Let it cool and spread on a pizza crust.
  3. NOTE: sauce is enough for two pizzas or use half for one pizza and refrigerate or freeze the reminder.
