Homemade Curry Powder

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz large cardamom seed
  • 1/2 oz cinnamon
  • 1/2 oz clove
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Dump everything into a blender or coffee grinder; process into very fine powder.
  2. Store in an air-tight container.
  3. Serving size is approximate - use as per recipe.
