Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 7 oz heath bars, chopped into small pieces (can by the prechopped kind, or individual bars and chop yourself)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350oF. Butter and flour a 13x9x2 pan.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a small saucepan or microwave safe bowl.
  3. In a small ball mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Beat together sugar, eggs and vanilla until thick and billowy.
  5. Beat the chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture and then add the flour mixture gradually.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake ~25-28 minutes or until done to your liking.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped heath bits and cool.
