Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown onion, peppers and hamburger in melted shortening. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Put browned hamburger, onions and peppers in casserole dish.
  3. Add cheese, tomato sauce and noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and then cover with breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
