Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim crusts from bread.
  2. Spread one side of each slice with chive mayonnaise.
  3. Place a slice of ham between two slices of bread
  4. Cut sandwich diagonally in quarters to make triangular sandwiches.
  5. Mayonnaise:
  6. Stir together mayo, chives and lemon juice with a dash of salt.
  7. Makes one cup.
